REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
1) Participants must be present
at sign-ups to be weighed in by a board member and must be accompanied by a
parent or legal guardian to register.
2) Participant’s original
birth certificate AND 3 copies.
3) Two types of proof of residence
is required. Example: SDG&E, water or cable bill.
4) 1” x 1” photo of the
participant with child’s name printed on back for league to keep
(a candid or school picture is fine).
5) Sports physical prior
to July 28 th (first day of practice) or your child
will not be eligible to practice.
6) Last quarter report
card must be turned in by equipment handouts (July 28th). (No report card, no equipment).
IMPORTANT: You must have all
paperwork mentioned above turned in prior to first day of practice or your
child will not be eligible to practice.
No exceptions will be made.

The fees need to be paid in full at the time of sign-up. This year we will be accepting
MasterCard, Visa and Discover debit and credit cards. We will also take cash and money
orders. No checks will be accepted.
Financial aid is available for those who apply and qualify.
